Product scope

AI Disclosure Kit provides software-assisted public-page checks, framework mapping, disclosure-widget code, and document templates. The service is not a law firm and its output is not legal advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, deciding which obligations apply, obtaining legal review where appropriate, and implementing disclosures in the context of your actual AI system.

Scanner use

Use the scanner only for lawful assessment of public websites. Do not use it to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload a service, or interfere with another party's systems.

Assisted pilots

Pilots are one-time, manually delivered engagements. Clartis BV is the contracting entity. Scope, price, payment timing, and any additional terms are stated on the manual invoice or written pilot confirmation.

Availability

Public tools and previews are provided on an as-available basis and may produce incomplete results. A scanner result is evidence from the tested public page at that moment, not certification of compliance.
